The Vault
A community-powered collection of free-use action props.
The Vault is Instaprophire’s shared resource of donated props, made available for free creative use. Items are offered on a goodwill basis to help productions, creators, and individuals access practical action props without the usual hire costs.
How The Vault Works
1. Browse the Vault
View the available Vault items in our store here, in our header bar under Kit and consumables then choose vault store page or click on the vault image above.
2. Request what you need
Add items to your basket and submit a request — all Vault requests are reviewed manually.
3. Choose collection or delivery
Collect in person for free, or pay a small shipping & handling fee for delivery.
4. Use, keep, or return
Vault items are free to use. If you don’t need them afterwards, we’d love them back so others can benefit.
Collection & Location
Vault items can be collected in person by appointment from our storage location.
Collection is free and must be arranged in advance.
